Weekend at Pine Top

We had a very fun weekend in Pine Top, AZ at the Layton Cabin on May 7-9th. Clarke and Heather Layton invited us up to play for the weekend and that is what we did. Forgive me for the numerous pics. Just so much fun.

Vern brought up his Dad's four wheelers and it was so much fun riding them all over with the kids. They loved them and would have ridden them everywhere! The Layton's had a small one perfect for the kids which they loved! This was my first time riding 4 wheelers and it was fun!

When the 4 wheeler riding was done they went on the zip line and loved it as well.

The kids played so well and the weather was perfect.

A big thanks to the Laytons for letting us join them for a wonderful Mothers Day Weekend.

Mother Day Makeover in Kindergarten

Natalie gave me a Makeover for Mother's Day in her Kindergarten class. She did a great job. She was disappointed that I have very little make up. But she put a TON of clips in my hair. It was a fun hour to spend with me as she spoiled me with cookies and water. The Evans and Higas are in Natalie's class so we all posed together.

31 Cent Baskin Robins Ice Cream Night

On April 29th we got in line at our local Baskin and Robbins to enjoy our 31 cent scoop night. The kids love it and so do I. The each got 2 scoops of what ever flavor they wanted, and most got rainbow sherbet and cotton candy. It sounds gross to me, but they at it. I enjoyed my peanut butter cup and mint chocolate chip, separately of course. Vern got there just in time to eat his tasty ice cream. When we finished we went home and ate dinner. Dessert first is always nice!
