Due to an upcoming race, Vern and the boys were not going to be able to attend the ward Fathers and Sons camp out, so they went to the White Tank Mountains (20 minutes away) and had their own camp out. They were fascinated by the fire, ate the marshmallows they roasted/burned and slept in the truck. A fun overnight and little Vern keeps asking when he can go back.
